Advising Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG on the restructuring of the IT infrastructure sector

SAXINGER advised Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG on the restructuring of its IT infrastructure sector by merging Raiffeisen Informatik Center Steiermark GmbH with GRZ IT Betrieb GmbH (now RAITEC GmbH).

Raiffeisen Informatik Center Steiermark GmbH was a group company of Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG and operator of the data centre for the Raiffeisenbank Group Styria and its IT full-service provider. The SAXINGER team, consisting of partners Franz Mittendorfer, LL.M. and Clemens Harsch, LL.M., MBA and Dieter Duursma, LL.M., M.A.S., advised Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG in all legal aspects, including all regulatory issues of this transaction.
