SAXINGER advised Invest Unternehmensbeteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft (Invest AG) on its participation in the MBO of Herba Chemosan Apotheker-AG.

The Herba Chemosan Group includes Herba Chemosan Apotheker-AG, which was founded in 1916 and is Austria's leading pharmaceutical drug wholesaler and service provider with a market stake of approximately 43% and relationships with more than 90% of Austrian pharmacies, as well as the two subsidiaries Sanova and Aewige.

Invest AG, Austria's leading investment company, specialises in financing companies of various sizes with mezzanine capital. Invest AG's main focus is on succession solutions and expansion situations as well as on acquisition financing.
