Advising Nordfels GmbH on joint venture with MIBA

The Nordfels Group is a mechanical engineering company based in Bad Leonfelden with special know-how in industrial battery production. The Nordfels Group spun off its battery division into VOLTLABOR GmbH, in which the MIBA Group holds a stake. Dr. Franz Mittendorfer, SAXINGER Attorney-at-Law and Partner, led the consulting project and expresses his special thanks to his team - MMag. Sebastian Hütter and Mag.
