Clemens Harsch has worked at SAXINGER in Linz since 2007 and completed his lawyers’ examination in 2010. Since 2014 he is partner atSAXINGER in Linz.

Between 2000 and 2005, he studied law at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz and then followed this with a postgraduate course at Strathclyde University (Glasgow) in the special field of IT & Telecommunications Law which he completed with distinction.

In 2011 he completed the MBA program for lawyers at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. His Masterthesis covered the topic „The new regulations for equity under Basel III and their transformation into european law focusing on the possibility to minimize credit risks using credit default swaps.
