Sale of the AVE CEE group from ENERGIE AG Oberösterreich

SAXINGER advised Energie AG Oberösterreich, a Linz-based infrastructure company with an annual turnover of over EUR 1,8 billion, on the sale of its Eastern European waste disposal business (AVE CEE group) to the Czech industrial group EP International.

In collaboration with local partners and colleagues of the SAXINGER alliance in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania, the deal has been fostered by carrying out the Legal Vendor Due Diligence review, by support during all necessary restructuring measures, as well as by advising the seller during contract negotiations.
