SAXINGER advised a private investor on the sale of 87 apartments in Linz for € 23 million to Berlin-based Catella Residential Investment Management (CRIM).

The "Squadro" project was completed in 2015 and purchased by Berlin-based Catella Residential Investment Management (CRIM) on behalf of Catella Wohnen Europa (CWE) and is located in Linz close the city centre. In walking distance you can find the FH Oberösterreich Campus Linz (University of Applied Science Upper Austria), the Kepler University Hospital, the Unfallkrankenhaus Linz (Accident Hospital Linz) and the Med Campus.

The property is well connected to both bus and private transport and has numerous underground parking spaces as well as bicycle parking.
