SAXINGER advises Vasantha Group on the acquisition of Muller Technology Group

SAXINGER advised the Indian Vasantha Group on the acquisition of the Muller Technology Group. The transaction was announced on 23 March 2026 and represents a significant step in Vasantha Group’s international expansion.

With the Muller Technology Group, Vasantha Group acquires an established Swiss specialist in precision mold making and automation with more than 60 years of experience, particularly in the fields of in-mold labeling (IML), thin-wall packaging, and highly integrated automation solutions. Muller Technology operates sites in Conthey (Switzerland) and Loveland, Colorado (USA).

The transaction brings together two complementary business models: while Vasantha Group contributes its strengths in high-cavity injection molds as well as assembly and testing automation, Muller Technology expands the portfolio in particular with thin-wall packaging molds, specialized IML automation, and integrated production lines including robotics and inspection systems. The transaction underscores Vasantha Group’s strategic focus on further expanding its global presence and strengthening its technological capabilities in high-precision manufacturing and automation solutions. At the same time, the combination of both companies creates new synergies and growth potential in international markets.
