Under the leadership of Immanuel Gerstner, SCWP Schindhelm advised on all legal aspects from the structuring of the investment to the purchase of shares and project financing. The property in the second district of Vienna currently comprises an office building and a garage. The development of a hotel and residential complex with a project volume of around EUR 400 million is planned.
