UBM Development AG

SAXINGER has successfully advised UBM Development AG on the sale of its 80% stake in W3 Errichtungs- und Betriebs-Aktiengesellschaft. The transaction in the form of a share deal, which was completed on June 27, 2024, includes the acquisition of the stake by RALT Raiffeisen-Leasing GmbH & Co KG.

Project details

The W3 - Center Wien Mitte, opened in 2000, comprises around 9,200 m² of office space, 5,900 m² of retail space, 4,730 m² of cinema center and 136 parking spaces. Notable tenants include offices of the Raiffeisen Banking Group, the book retailer Thalia and the Cineplexx Village Cinema. In 2023, the center generated rental income of around EUR 5 million.
