Legal basis

The data processing of your personal data by SCWP Schindhelm is fundamentally based on the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR). In principle, a specification of special categories of personal data within the context of the application form is not necessary for a (successful) application. If applicants nonetheless give us special categories of personal data (such as health data, religious accreditation, etc.), this is voluntary, and the voluntary data transfer is to be evaluated as express consent within the meaning of the GDPR.

It should be noted that the processing of the photo that you may transmit is only carried out for the purposes of recognising and assigning the applicant documents and, in the case of a conclusion of an employment relationship, for the presentation of the new employee within SCWP Schindhelm; processing for other purposes is excluded.
