durchblicker.at is a web-based comparison platform operated by YOUSURE Tarifvergleich GmbH, Salzgries 15,1010 Vienna ("durchblicker").

It was to be ensured that the collection, processing and use of data by durchblicker was always carried out in compliance with the statutory regulations, in particular in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DSG) 2000 and the Telecommunications Act (TKG) 2003 and the applicable provisions of EU law. A data protection declaration in accordance with the current requirements was reviewed and developed, the relevant contracts (service provider agreement) as well as the notification status (DVR online) were evaluated, and legally compliant web applications such as iframe design, consent button, cookie banner etc. were designed.
