SUSTAINABLE. SUCCESSFUL.

Sustainability and success go hand in hand for us. As a holistic-minded law firm, we not only focus on our results but also acknowledge our responsibility to our employees, society, and the environment.

As part of our activities, we prioritize our sustainability focus where we can most effectively contribute to the positive development of the environment (E), the society (S), and the economy (G). These include:

With our voluntary sustainability report, we provide insight into our law firm and transparently outline the measures we have taken and the goals we have set for the future to fulfill our societal responsibilities.

For us, sustainability cannot be postponed; it means thinking about tomorrow and taking action today.

SAXINGER has been awarded the coveted “Top Female Workplace” seal: In collaboration with the rating platform kununu, sheconomy selected the best workplaces for women in Germany and Austria for the first time last year - and SAXINGER is one of the top ranked companies.

The award is based on the authentic experiences of current and former employees who submitted their reviews on kununu. This differs significantly from other employer seals of approval, as it is not possible to apply or register - the ranking is based solely on these reviews.

At SAXINGER, we focus on diversity and equal opportunities. We not only offer women the opportunity to realize their professional goals, but also create a working environment that promotes personal and professional development in equal measure. As a Top Female Workplace, we are proud to offer an environment in which every female employee can fully develop her strengths.

The Legal 500 Green Guide showcases the world's leading law firms that provide advice on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics and recognizes their contributions to green change and their own sustainability initiatives.

The criteria for inclusion in the Green Guide include significant ESG mandates, internal sustainability initiatives, and the commitment of lawyers in the field of ESG. This recognition affirms our internal and external dedication to a responsible future. For us, ESG means taking responsibility—sustainably and successfully.

When an investor typically thinks of ESG, the environmental aspect will likely be the first to come to mind. However, good corporate governance also includes the "S" aspect, such as the fair treatment of employees.

It would be wrong to think that the social aspect is just a small part of governance. This was evident at the discussion event "The Growing Importance of S in ESG" hosted by TPA Tax Consultancy and SCWP Schindhelm in Vienna.
