SAXINGER advises on Series A investment by Sparring Capital Partners in MUSE Electronics

With a seven-figure investment, Sparring Capital is strengthening MUSE’s European expansion and supporting the further development of BACKBONE, an innovative, hardware-based cybersecurity solution for the defense and infrastructure sectors.

Strategic partnership for Europe’s digital resilience – The investment by Sparring Capital enables MUSE to further expand its position in European markets and decisively strengthen Europe’s technological sovereignty in the field of cybersecurity. The partnership pursues the common goal of increasing Europe’s digital resilience through pioneering security solutions.
