Advising IES Immobilien Group on the sale of its shares in the "Y-Towers Amsterdam" project

SAXINGER advised IES Immobilien Group on the sale of its shares in the "Y-Towers Amsterdam" project. The two 50% joint venture partners IES Immobilien Group and INVESTER United Benefits had jointly developed the project since the end of 2015 and have now sold it to Union Investment. IES Immobilien Group will continue to support the development of the Y-Towers as a partner of Union Investment.

SAXINGER was responsible for the structuring of the transaction, the preparation of the transaction documents and the coordination of the transaction.
