Advising Oberösterreich Tourismus GmbH on the registration of the trademark "Oberösterreich".

In 2016, Oberösterreich Tourismus GmbH has developed its market presence in an evolutionary way by redesigning its corporate design including the Upper Austria logo. The aim was to further enhance the tourist image of Upper Austria and to distinguish itself more clearly from other vacation destinations in international competition.

SAXINGER provided support in the registration of the new word/figurative mark and took over the legal advice for the provision of proof of traffic recognition. In particular, the extensive presentation of the sign's high level of recognition beyond the borders of Upper Austria made it possible to prove the reputation it has achieved.
