SAXINGER advises Emrich GmbH on its sale to the renowned Rent.Group

Rent.Group, headquartered in Germany, is a leading provider of temporary ownership and circular-use solutions in Europe and operates as a pan-European franchise organisation with more than 1,150 employees across 30 locations. The company has extensive expertise, particularly in the field of high-quality event equipment for events of all types and sizes – from small private functions to major business summits.

Emrich GmbH had been highly successful in this field for many years. The sale has secured the company’s previous entrepreneurial success for the long term and ensured the continued provision of its existing range of services. The transaction represents an important milestone in the respective strategic development of both parties and is intended to further accelerate their future growth.

The existing management team remained on board for a transitional period following completion of the transaction in order to ensure a smooth transition and support the company’s further development within Rent.Group.

The SAXINGER transaction team was led by partners Michael M. Pachinger and Raziye Taskiran. The SAXINGER team also included lawyers/partners Gabriel Paminger, Oskar Takacs and Anna Rupp. Together, they advised Emrich GmbH on all legal matters relating to the cross-border transaction.
