SAXINGER advised the Austrian consortium of investors, consisting of Pierer Group, Raiffeisen Oberösterreich, and the family office of Mark Mateschitz, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Rosenbauer International AG.

A consortium consisting of Pierer Industrie, Red Bull heir Mark Mateschitz, and two companies of Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich is pursuing a majority stake in the fire equipment manufacturer Rosenbauer. The seller is the family-owned Rosenbauer Beteiligungsverwaltung (BVG).

The Chinese tech company Luxshare is acquiring a majority stake in the Nuremberg-based automotive supplier Leoni AG. In addition to 50.1 per cent of the shares, the Shenzhen-based group is securing the global group's cable business.

In October SAXINGER added one female equity partner and five male equity partners. It has also hired two experienced lawyers as contract and salary partners.
