Heidi Lallitsch has worked as a lawyer in Graz since 2005. After gaining her licence to practise as a lawyer in 2005, she initially worked at one of the leading national law firms with offices in Graz and Vienna between 2005 and 2008. After the birth of her son, she has worked as a lawyer for SCWP since 2010.
Parallel to her work as a legal assistant at one of the leading national law firms in Graz and Vienna between 1994 and 2000, Heidi Lallitsch studied law at the Karl Franzens University in Graz and at the University in Vienna. Graduated with a degree in law (Mag.iur.) in 2000 from the University of Vienna.

She has many years of comprehensive experience in conducting all kinds of property transactions and also advises on all issues of stock and residential property law as well as on matters of building development contract law and the estate agent business.
Her further area of expertise in the field of private clients. She represents clients in matrimonial, custody and maintenance law matters and supports them with competence, experience and negotiating skills in divorces by mutual consent as well as in litigious court proceedings.
Heidi Lallitsch publishes regularly in specialist magazines and also gives regular talks on topics relating to real estate and civil law. She is also active on supervisory boards.
