Background
In 2005 Fernando Lozano founded Lozano Schindhelm (then Loeber & Lozano) in Valencia and manages the firm ever since. Previously, after mastering his law degree at the University of Valencia in 2000, he worked in two law firms in Germany, the last of which was Löber, Säuberlich, Wolf in Frankfurt.
He has led the firm's expansion to other markets and geographical areas, the main milestones being the opening of the offices in Denia in 2008, Palma de Mallorca in 2015, and Bilbao and Madrid in 2017.

Fernando Lozano advises both domestic and foreign companies with all questions of the national and international tax and corporate law, as well as with all matters of investment, asset management and asset transfer. Furthermore, he has substantial experience in company law and on M&A transactions, for example, on the acquisition of companies as a result of a crisis or insolvency.
Moreover, Fernando Lozano gives regularly lectures on Spanish tax law. He releases periodically numerous publications as an author or co-author, mainly in the field of business law and taxation. He is co-author among other books of the Spain chapter of the “Manual on international limited liability company law” published by zerb 2016.
Fernando Lozano acts since 2008 as a guest lecturer for the Master‘s Degree in International Taxation (M.I.Tax) at the University of Hamburg.
He is licensed to practice as a Spanish lawyer in Valencia and as a European lawyer in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). In 2009 he gained his licence as a German sworn translator and is registered as such in the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Fernando Lozano is vice president of the Spanish-Austrian Association of Jurists. He is also a member of the Spanish-German Association of Jurists.
