Not only do we organise discussion panels on the possibilities of promoting women once a year on International Women's Day, but we also act towards equality. Gender-independent equal opportunities and equal performance assessments are a must and a matter of course for our law firm. Hence, we live and act by those principles every day at SAXINGER. We have already achieved one key objective: 100 % Equal Payment.

We are particularly delighted of winning the Promoting the Best Awards in the category "Women-in-Law 21st Century Award - Law Firm 2021" due to our current engagement. Law firms that are particularly committed to innovative concepts regarding work-life balance and equal rights are rewarded with this award, presented by the "Women in Law" initiative together with the Association of Austrian Corporate Lawyers. This year, SAXINGER has also become a "Woman in Law Gold Partner" in order to reach and support as many lawyers as possible in the course of this membership.

Additionally, we are proud of our achievements so far and have many plans for the future.
