Trademark Law

In trademark law, we assist in the development of your brand strategies and implement them nationally and/or internationally. Our advice begins before the trademark registration with trademark research with which we filter out identical or easily confused older labels that could hinder your intellectual property rights. We draw up for you the trademark registration for national trademarks with the responsible trademark offices, for community trademarks with the Office for Harmonisation for the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante or for international registrations with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in Geneva.

With trademark collisions, we conclude delimitation and prior rights agreements with the counter party, or defend your labelling rights in court proceedings. The commercial exploitation of your trademark rights with trademark acquisition and trademark licence agreements is also one of our core competencies.

We offer you the option of having the registered trademarks managed and monitored by us. This service as an external trademark administration department reduces your costs and administrative effort.
