Domain Law
The basis for communication through the Internet is the so-called IP (Internet Protocol) address. It identifies computers and other devices that are connected to the network and communicate with one another. The Internet domain is a character address in text form that is used by the user instead of the IP address. Through the misuse of domain names, trademark, naming and labelling rights or company rights may be infringed. We advise you consulting services in connection with the registration of your own domain and legal enforcement in cases of misuse in the registration of Internet domain names or other domain disputes.
