Before joining SAXINGER, she worked for many years as an attorney in renowned business law firms, gaining extensive experience in public law and procurement law. She began her legal career as an associate in a law firm specializing in procurement law.

Prior to her legal career, Dr. Mensdorff-Pouilly also worked in tax consulting, where she gained valuable insights into economic and tax-related matters.

Advising the Smart Meter West cooperation, consisting of Salzburg Netz GmbH, Innsbrucker Kommunalbetriebe Aktiengesellschaft, TINETZ-Tiroler Netze GmbH, and Vorarlberger Energienetze GmbH, on the procurement of an intelligent metering system (IMS) and the supply of around 1 million PLC and P2P meters. She provided ongoing support on issues such as CRQ, supply bottlenecks, delivery delays, penalties, defect claims, and other legal challenges.
