Background
Elisabeth Forstner has worked for SCWP Schindhelm since May 2015 and was admitted to the Austrian Bar Association as a fully certified lawyer in 2020.
In June 2018 she passed the Austrian Bar Exam with distinction.
Elisabeth Forstner mainly advises domestic and foreign companies in the areas of competition and intellectual property law. In particular, she has extensive experience in the registration and defence of industrial property rights (trademarks, designs) as well as in the judicial and extrajudicial defence against anti-competitive acts.
Her further areas of expertise are data protection, contract law and general terms and conditions as well as private clients.
