Background
Philipp has worked as an Associate for SCWP Schindhelm in Vienna since 2016. He passed the bar exam in April 2018.
Before graduating from law studies at the University of Vienna (Mag.iur. 2010) Philipp worked in several positions in the field of IT and technology consulting. While doing his court practise at the Higher regional court of Vienna he completed the LL.M. (IT-Law) with honors.
Before Philipp joined SCWP he worked as an Associate for a well-known law firm in Vienna and as an inhouse lawyer for one of Austria´s largest IT service providers, where he was appointed as the corporate data protection officer (DPO) as well.
Philipp advises for several years in the field of IP / IT law with a focus on data protection law. He predominantly deals with legal issues related to international data transfers and cloud computing services, what Philipp addressed academically.
