Following STRABAG, PORR, and then SWIETELSKY, the HABAU Group, number 4 in the Austrian construction industry, has now reached a settlement with the official parties.

Since today, 21st January 2019, startup300 AG is one of the first companies from the Austrian startup scene to be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. The property located in Vienna’s second district currently comprises an office building and a parking garage. UBM Development intends to develop a mixed use real estate complex combining hotel and residential with a projected development volume of approx. EUR 400 Mio. The transaction was structured as a share deal.
